Following this, the Governor received the call of Simon Phemister, Chair, Hannah Fox and Gideon Obarzanek, Co-Artistic Directors and Co-CEOs, RISING.

Then, the Governor received the call of Anna Schulze, Director of Corporate Government and External Affairs, CSL.

In the morning at Government House, participants from Roxburgh Park and Roxburgh Rise Community Hubs visited for the Kitchen Garden Program.

In the morning at Government House, members of the St Joseph’s Anima Parish Group Chelsea visited for a guided tour of the State Apartments and Kitchen Garden.

The Governor, Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC, and Professor Glyn Davis AC, attended the annual Victorian Bar Dinner, where they met with The Honourable Sonya Kilkenny MP, Attorney-General of Victoria and Justin Hannebery KC, President, Victorian Bar.

The Governor, Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC, attended the M2050 Summit, where she met with The Right Honourable The Lord Mayor of Melbourne, Nicholas Reece, before delivering the opening address.

Following this, the Governor received the welcome call of His Excellency Mr Rogelio Cucalón García, Ambassador of the Republic of Panama.

In the evening, the Governor attended the Consular Corps Melbourne Gala Dinner, where she met with Joseph Petric, Dean, Consular Corps Melbourne and Consul General of Croatia, before giving a speech to make the occasion.

In the morning at Government House, members of the Wyndham Combined Probus Club visited for a guided tour of the State Apartments and Kitchen Garden.

The Governor, Professor the Honourable Margaret Gardner AC, as Patron, hosted the 2025 Australian Red Cross Victoria Awards, where she presented recipients with their awards and gave a speech to mark the occasion.

In the afternoon, the Governor received the call of Karen Quinlan AM, CEO, Arts Centre Melbourne.

Following this, the Governor received the virtual call of Tim Hodgson CB MBE, Deputy Director-General Technical, Australian Submarine Agency.

Following this, the Governor visited Planet Innovation, where she met with Stuart Elliot, CEO and Co-founder, and Sam Lanyon, Executive Director and Co-founder, Planet Innovation, before receiving a briefing and tour of the facilities.

In the afternoon, the Governor welcomed Kitchen Garden Program participants from the Roxburgh Park and Roxburgh Rise Community Hubs to Government House.

Later, the Governor met with the Honourable Maxine McKew AM, Honorary Fellow of the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, the University of Melbourne, Professor Marilyn Lake AO, Honorary Professorial Fellow, History, the University of Melbourne, Professor Sean Scalmer, Professor of Australian History, Historical and Philosophical Studies, the University of Melbourne, and Dr Liam Byrne, Honorary Fellow, Historical and Philosophical Studies, the University of Melbourne, before hosting the fourth session of the Understanding Victoria Government House Discussion Series, "A Wage Earners’ Welfare State: From the 8 Hour Day to Harvester."
