Notes on the program of the Governor of Victoria.
The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, received the virtual call of Astrid Edwards, Chair, and Rebecca MacFarling, CEO, of the Melbourne Writers Festival.
While on a virtual regional visit to the Regional City of Wodonga, the Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, received a briefing by Cr Kev Poulton, Mayor, and Mr Mark Dixon, CEO, of the Wodonga Shire Council, before virtually meeting with Mr Justin Dowling, General Manager (Southern Region), and Ms Alison O'Neill, General Manager, of Woolworths Distribution Centre.
Later, the Governor and Mr Howard met virtually with Mr Matt Burke OAM, Board Chair, and Mr Michael Kalimnios, CEO, of Albury Wodonga Health, before meeting virtually with Wassim and Marcia Saliba, Owners of La Maison Restaurant.
The Governor and Mr Howard received the virtual call of Mr Moustafa Fahour, OAM, Founder, and Ms Nesreen Bottriell, CEO, of the Islamic Museum of Australia.
The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, received the virtual call of Ms Helene Bender OAM, of The Order of Australia Association Ltd (Victoria), before receiving the virtual call of Ms Elly Patira, Deputy Secretary of First Peoples-State Relations, of the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
Later, the Governor presided over a virtual ceremony to receive the affirmations of office of the Hon Justice Catherine Button, and the Hon Justice Amanda Fox, as Judges of the Supreme Court of Victoria.

While on a virtual regional visit to the Colac Otway Shire, the Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, and Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, received a briefing by Cr Kate Hanson, Mayor, and Ms Anne Howard, CEO, of the Colac Otway Shire, before meeting virtually with Markus Nolle, Director of the Apollo Bay Fisherman's Co-op.
Later, the Governor and Mr Howard met virtually with Matt Gibson, Football Club President, and Andrea Graham, Netball Club President, of the Colac Tigers Football Netball Club, before speaking with Jacob Traynor of the Colac Herald Newspaper.
The Governor, the Hon Linda Dessau AC, conducted an interview with Mr Richard Graham for the Really Interesting Women podcast, before receiving the virtual call of the Hon Ros Spence MP, Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Community Sport, and Youth.
Later, the Governor received the virtual call of Dr Karen Price, President of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
